Hello!

We're not ones to gloat (Tom barely knows how to use his phone!) but I suppose everyone loves a romantic story right? So, we'll do our best!

We are Tom and Sheree, the T and S in TS Occasions. Carpentry is what brought us together in the earlier days, and with over 20 years of carpentry and hospitality experience combined, we decided to get on each others nerves even more by creating a business together, (made with love of course!)

Even with extensive organisational skills, ideas and creativity from Sheree, all the hard work couldn't be done without the joint creativity, craftsmanship and precision from Tom, who devotes his time in bringing our ideas to life. We have consciously built our creations from pre-loved or recycled materials where we can, to give pre-loved items a new lease of life,  But don't let the finish alarm you, Tom has worked his boots off to ensure each and every item is as 'boujee' as possible for your chosen occasion, (especially with Sheree on 'quality control'!)

We have loved turning an idea into a reality and have gained some vital learning from it:

1. We have learnt painting really isn't our thing, so if you know anyone particularly interested in the upkeep then do send them our way! (no, really....please!)

2. Running a business alongside full time work is H A R D - but worth it for those mini fist pumps when we get a booking!

3. Painting outside can be fun....but we live in England

4. Painting indoors requires space...but we live in England

5. We should really invest in a coffee machine...

6. ...Due to factors 2 & 3 we probably should invest more in a liveable space than a coffee machine

7. Tom's better at our Hook a Duck Game than Sheree (it's true...admittedly)

8. We're not robots and do require sleep (who knew?!)

9. Date nights in between the work is super important in remaining sane and non-argumentative

(push comes to shove rock paper scissors can always settle opinions!)

10. We really do do the local business dance when you hire one of our packages/items - it makes all the long nights and weekends worth it!
