Kids Stuff

• An event babysitter can operate from the hours of 6pm up to 2am to provide childcare for your occasion
• An event babysitter is typically hired to look after children from the same family and hired independently with consent from the engaged couple & the venue
• Our babysitters are trained in paediatric first aid & are DBS Checked
• a minimum booking of 3 hours is required
• Event babysitters rates are from £12 per hour
• a mileage fee of 45p per mile is required
• Event babysitters are paid directly 

 The Event Babysitter to child ratio is as follows:

• under 2 years - one adult to three children
• 2 - 3 years - one adult to four children
• 4 - 8 years - one adult to six children
• 9 - 12 years - one adult to eight children
• 13 - 18 years - one adult to ten children

Higher ratios will be required for children who require additional support

• The creche requires a private room adjacent or near the occasion to allow full sight of all children in attendance
• All Event Childminders are DBS Checked and meet the requirements of the Ofsted regulations
• Up to four childminders can work at one occasion
• Event Childminders are either registered with Ofsted or a CMA (childminder agency)
• Event Childminders are required to work on non-domestic premises only
• Event Childminders either have children themselves or experience in the field of social care, education or youth work
• A mandatory risk assessment will be required of the venue before completion of the booking
• A questionnaire will be sent prior to the booking confirmation along with consent forms to be completed by legal guardian / parents to confirm attendance with us
• Children are given matching wristbands to their parents/guardians for collection and identification purposes
• TS Creche is £99 + Childminder Fees (dependant on staff: child ratio, needs, activities etc)

The TS Creche with Childminder ratios is as follows:

• 0 to 3 months 1 Childminder per child
• 3 month to 5 years  1 Childminder to every 3 children
• 5 years to 12 years 1 Childminder to every 4 children
• 13+ years 1 Childminder to every 6 children

Please note we currently require a 12 week minimum notice period for booking our TS Creche

• Our Zen Den is a space for children to come to recharge and have some time out
• Our Zen Den can be available outside with the use of our gazebo (weather permitting)
• Our Zen Den can also be created where there is a designated area for children* discount may be available without requirement of our gazebo
• This option does not include Event Babysitters or TS Childminders
• The Zen Den can include items such as:

- soft furnishings i.e. beans bags / cushions blankets

- A child's sized Tepee with fairy lights

- sensory toys i.e. fidget toys, lights

- a box of books

- a selection of toys i.e. skipping rope, wooden bowling alley, mini football, mini pool (age dependant) , instruments, Jenga and board games
